With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 3mm QFN, the AM1084-1 represents a compact total PCB footprint.
The AM1084 is also available in a 1.3mm x 2mm DFN form factor as the AM1084-2.

Module includes field replaceable SMA input and output connectors. Module also includes two pins for voltage input through a feed-through capacitor and a corresponding ground connection. Module includes four mounting holes sized 4-40 that are threaded from the bottom side of the module.
