Product Overview
AM1102 is a broadband, cascadable amplifier operating from DC to 22 GHz. The AM1102 performs well at frequencies near DC, and its low frequency performance is limited only by the frequency response of the input and output bias tees present in the application circuit. The device exhibits moderate gain and excellent noise figure over a wide frequency range which makes the AM1102 a useful component for many broadband applications. Packaged in a 3mm QFN with internal 50Ω matching, and drawing less than 160mW of power, the AM1102 is perfectly suited for low SWaP applications.
