AM3063 is a miniature filter IC containing digitally tunable bandpass filters covering the 6.0 GHz to 18.0 GHz frequency range. Separate low-pass and high-pass control lines provide independent control of both center frequency and bandwidth. AM3063 is packaged in a 6mm QFN and operates over the -40C to +85C temperature range.
The AM3063 is one of three in a family of digitally tunable bandpass filter banks offered from Atlanta Micro that cover the 1 GHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range. In this family there is the AM3064 that covers 1.0 GHz to 6.5 GHz and the AM3066 that covers 12.0 GHz to 26.5 GHz.
This family of parts provides an excellent filtering solution for receivers or transceivers requiring flexible center frequency and bandwidth, high dynamic range, small size and weight, and low power consumption.

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. AM3063 evaluation board also includes DIP switch for control of the filter settings.
