Product Overview
AM3135 is a dual MMIC analog voltage-tunable bandpass filter covering the 3.5 to 6.5 GHz and 5.5 to 9.0 GHz frequency ranges. Separate low-pass and high-pass tuning voltages provide independent control of both center frequency and bandwidth. AM3135 is packaged in a 5mm QFN package and operates over the -40 C to +85 C temperature range.
The AM3135 is one in a family of analog voltage-tunable bandpass filters offered from Atlanta Micro that cover the 2.0 GHz to 18.0 GHz frequency range. In this family there is the AM3134 that covers 2.0 to 3.2 GHz and 2.5 to 4.5 GHz, the AM3136 that covers 8.0 to 13.5 GHz and 12.0 to 19.0 GHz, and the AM3089 which is a switched filter bank covering 2.0 to 18.0 GHz.
This family of parts provides an excellent filtering solution for receivers or transceivers requiring flexible center frequency and bandwidth control, high dynamic range, small size and weight, and low power consumption.
