Atlanta Micro is pleased to announce two new products to our digitally tunable filter catalog. With operation from 20 MHz to 550 MHz, internal 50Ω matching, low loss, and an operating temperature range of -40C to +85C these new filters make a great addition to any RF system.

Atlanta Micro is introducing the AM3150 which is a digitally tunable low pass filter bank offering 32 discrete filter states from 30 MHz to 550 MHz with 5 digital control bits. The AM3150 is packaged in a 5mm QFN and requires external inductors.

Atlanta Micro is also introducing the AM3151 which is a digitally tunable high pass filter bank offering 32 discrete filter states from 20 MHz to 320 MHz with 5 digital control bits. The AM3151 is packaged in a 6mm QFN and requires external inductors.

Both the AM3150 and AM3151 offer great IP2 and IP3 performance while operating from either a +3.3V or a +5.0V supply. Both parts also offer integrated power and control line filtering to help save space on applications with tight SWaP requirements.

Atlanta Micro will offer versions of these parts without the need for external inductors in the future, stay tuned for more information.
