Product Overview
The AM1064-2 is a high dynamic range DC-coupled amplifier covering up to 8 GHz. The device exhibits a low noise figure and high third order intercept performance while also providing a flat gain response and excellent gain stability over the operating temperature range. With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 1.3 by 2.0mm DFN, the AM1064-2 represents a compact total PCB footprint.
The AM1064 is also available in a 3mm QFN form factor as the AM1064-1.
Product Overview
The AM1064-1 is a high dynamic range amplifier covering up to 8 GHz. The device exhibits a moderate positive gain-slope, providing frequency equalization useful in many broadband applications. With internal 50Ω matching and packaged in a 3mm QFN, the AM1064-1 represents a compact total PCB footprint.
