AM6013 is a Single-Pole Four-Throw (SP4T) switch covering the DC to 20 GHz frequency range. The positive control device provides low insertion loss, a flat frequency response, high linearity, and high isolation over the operating temperature range of -40C to +85C. With internal 50Ω matching, internal decoder circuitry, and low current draw all packaged in a 3mm QFN, the AM6013 represents a compact total PCB footprint with minimal size, weight, and power (low SWaP).

Evaluation board includes SMA input and output connectors and SMA voltage input unless otherwise requested. AM6013 evaluation board also includes DIP switch for control of the switch settings.
